Recruitment automation
Read every application in minutes, decide on the shortlist yourself
A single job ad can bring hundreds of CVs, and most of the work is reading them to find the twenty worth a call. AI can do the first read, check the must-haves, summarise each candidate and handle scheduling. The decision on who gets hired stays with you.

Sounds familiar?
Where the hours go today
- Hundreds of CVs per role, read one by one.
- Candidates wait weeks for any answer.
- Scheduling interviews takes a chain of emails per person.
- Notes about candidates live in inboxes and heads, not in one place.
How it works
The same job, before and after.
First read of every application
Each CV and cover letter is read and checked against the must-haves you set for the role: languages, years of experience, location, permits. You get a summary per candidate and a shortlist with the reasons, not a black-box score.
By hand today
- Hundreds of CVs
- Read one by one
- Notes in a spreadsheet
With automation
- Applications arrive
- Checked against must-haves
- Summaries and shortlist
- You decide who to call
Candidate replies and interview scheduling
Every candidate gets an answer. Shortlisted ones get a link to pick an interview slot, which lands in the interviewer's calendar with the summary attached.
By hand today
- Email back and forth
- Slot typed in by hand
With automation
- Shortlisted
- Booking link sent
- Interview in the calendar
What you get
- Intake from job boards, your careers page or an inbox
- Screening against criteria you set per role, with written reasons
- Candidate summaries in your ATS or a spreadsheet
- Replies to every candidate and interview scheduling
- Data retention and deletion that follow GDPR
Built so it doesn't embarrass you
- AI never rejects a candidate on its own; a person confirms every decision.
- Criteria are job-related only. Age, gender, photos and nationality are not used.
- Candidate data is deleted after the retention period you set.
Questions
Frequently asked
Is AI CV screening legal in the EU?
Using AI in hiring is allowed but regulated: under the EU AI Act it counts as high-risk, and GDPR applies to candidate data. The setup keeps a person responsible for every decision, uses only job-related criteria, informs candidates and keeps a record of how each one was assessed.
Will it reject good candidates?
It doesn't reject anyone. It sorts and summarises, and shows why. You can see every application, including the ones it ranked low.
Does it work with my ATS?
Most ATS tools have an API: Workable, Recruitee, Greenhouse, Teamtailor and others. Without an ATS, a spreadsheet and a shared inbox work fine.
