This policy explains what personal data Flowmatic AI collects through this website and how it is used, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- From the free automation check and the quick message form: your name, email address, company website if you give it, and your answers or message.
- Technical data needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address in server logs, kept for a short time for security.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers your chosen language in one strictly necessary cookie.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data to reply to you and to prepare an automation proposal you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps before a contract) and on the basis of your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by email.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, for hosting the website and delivering form messages by email.
- Our email provider, to receive and answer your message.
- AI services used to analyse your answers, only under business terms that exclude training on your data, with processing in the EU wherever available.
- Google Fonts, which loads the fonts used on this site.
Where a provider is outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are deleted after 12 months, or earlier on request. If we start working together, project data is kept as long as the contract and the law require.
Client projects
When we build an automation for you, your business data is processed on your behalf under a data processing agreement. It is never used to train public AI models.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
